Coffee ok, service ok...but they only want to serve in takeaway cups which is annoying

Difficult place to categorise. It's got that homey feel to it; it doesn't look anything special from the street; but the service is great; the coffee is very good; and the gourmet pies, cakes and slices are yummy.
