My experience with these vets treating cats was good but with guinea pigs was just awful, my pig had a cancerous lump/swelling my forced option were put it down immediately or costly lengthy treatment with slim chance of survival. I asked if I could take it home for a day or two to let my five and seven year old girls say goodbye and the lady vet said she would call Animal Welfare on me if I took the pig away. That happened around 2011-2012 I don't know if the heartless beast still works there.
I can not fault there work and ethics and friendly service and explain everything they do.
Always been very helpful and accommodating when they come out to treat my horse
